Head of Compliance & Risk
Stephan was appointed to head the Compliance function of the Vertex Life & Pensions function in January 2007 and was appointed a director of Jessop Fund Managers three months later.
Stephan, a Chartered Secretary and an Associate of the Compliance Institute, has held a number of positions within financial services firms involved in Collective Investment Schemes (Threadneedle), Life and Pensions (Axa Sun Life) as well as a major building society (Nationwide). He has considerable experience in managing operational and administrative areas and, since 1992, has specialised in Compliance and Risk functions.
